Instructions:
- First wrap the dog collar around your dog’s neck, as you normally would
- Then pull the collar strap through the buckle and insert the pin into one of the holes
- Once the pin is secured, thread the excess strap through the buckle gap and pull it underneath, so that the strap sits between your pets neck and the pet collar
- Finally, align the strap with the collar, and slip over the metal loop to secure
